2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Committee for revision of honorarium has already been constituted vide letter No.1046 dated 04.12.2023 which has to give recommendations on the six points given in the said letter.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in compliance of order dated 26.02.2024 he has discussed with his client with regard to the probable report and in this regard

Patna High Court CWJC No.2638 of 2018(11) dt.18-03-2024 2/2 request has been made from his side that presently the election has been notified and officials are busy in the election work. As such, at least three months may be taken in submission of the report.

4. In this background, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete all the formalities within four months from today and communicate the benefits with regard to the recommendations within one months thereafter, that is to say all exercise must be completed within five months.
