This case is placed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of Mr. Ajay Mishra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Learned APP submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.05.2018 with a direction to the Trial Court (Special Judge-Ist, Vigilance) to hold the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same within six months from the date of framing of charge. The S.P. (vigilance), Patna was directed to ensure attendance of the prosecution witness so that the trial must be concluded within the stipulated period.

No.9156 of 2018 (6) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of the State that SSP, Patna should be directed to produce the witnesses in the Court as he was the head of S.I.T. and the S.I.T. investigated the entire case. Accordingly, the S.S.P., Patna is directed to ensure attendance of prosecution witnesses so that the trial must be concluded within the stipulated period.

This order shall be read as part of order dated 04.05.2018.
