The present application has been filed by the petitioner husband for transfer of Misc. Case No.43 of 2019 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Banka to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. The only ground mentioned by the petitioner is that Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna is nearer to his house and he feels threat to his life in attending the Court at Banka, therefore, the case should be transfered to Patna. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a good ground for transfer of the case from Banka to Patna as it is the girl who is staying without any maintenance and she will have to face difficulty in coming to Patna from Banka.
