Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila (Dhaka) P.S.Case No.55 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 406, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. As per FIR, allegation against the petitioner who happens to be husband is of demand of four wheeler and golden chain and for that torturing and harassing her as well as ousting her from the house by taking all the belongings of her.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that all the allegations are false and concocted. As a matter of fact he is still ready to keep the informant as wife with full

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sikrahana at Dhaka in connection with Mahila (Dhaka) P.S.Case No.55 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that if the informant is ready to reside with the petitioner, he has to keep her with dignity and care.
