Considering the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 that all the formalities for redressal of grievance of the petitioner have been completed, he will do the needful for payment of dues of the petitioner. The present proceeding is dropped.

In the event opposite parties fail to comply with the
