Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88716 of 2025(2) dt.15-01-2026 2/3 APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant.
2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 450 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 324(2), 352, 351(2), 126(2), 115(2), 140(2), 111, 3(5) and 308(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and demanded extortion.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence.
5. Learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. From the reading of the FIR, it appears to be a dispute of running a shop.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
