JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Marhowrah P. S. Case No. 534 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner is said to have got the appointment on the basis of forged certificate of TET. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has already been removed from the job, as such, she punished for the same. She is ready to abide by any condition imposed on her.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,
