2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 208/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 109(1), 351(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the victim causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced educational documents of the petitioner to show that the petitioner is an exceptional student and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the educational documents of the petitioner and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai /concerned Court below in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 208/2024.
