JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this an application for issuance of writ of Mandamus Commanding the respondent to make payment of rental dues, to the petitioner for the premises, being used by the Child Welfare Committee, along with statutory interest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState submits, on instructions received from the Respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.12087 of 2018(3) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 that the rent, totalling to a sum of Rs. 3,04,596/-, has already stood paid to the petitioner on the head of arrears of outstanding rent and the petitioner has also acknowledged the same, by writing a letter stating therein that he has been paid the arrears of rent and does not wish to press the writ petition filed before the Hon'ble High Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the Respondent authorities. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
