JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.7.2019, passed in CWJC No. 1092 of 2018, the Circle Officer, Kanti, District-Muzaffarpur, has already initiated encroachment proceedings, vide Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2024-25 and the same would definitely be concluded, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.
