2. The only grievance which the petitioner has, is in respect of inaction on the part of the Circle Officer in concluding Encroachment Case No.01/2019-20 in relation to a public road appertaining to Khesra No.706 in village Purandra

Patna High Court CWJC No.906 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 in the District of East Champaran.

It has been argued on behalf of the petitioner that he had approached the Public Grievance Redressal Officer of the District complaining against illegal encroachment over the public road in question and in the said Proceeding before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, the Circle Officer had intimated that the said encroachment case has been initiated. It is the petitioner's case that the said Encroachment Case has not proceeded any further, after its initiation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of at this stage itself with a direction to the Circle Officer to conclude the proceeding within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if not already concluded.
