The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 21.05.2018 issued vide memo no. 795 by the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad by which a direction was given to the C.D.P.O., Obra to publish a fresh advertisement for the selection of Aanganbari Sevika at Diwan Bigha Centre Ward no. 7. Further prayer has been made for a direction to the respondent authority not to invite another fresh application for the selection of Aanganbari Sevika for the aforesaid Aanganbari centre in Dewan Bigha centre ward no. 7. The petitioner has also prayed for a direction to the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.13574 of 2018(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 authority to select the petitioner as Aanganbari Sevika for Aanganbari Centre Diwan Bigha Ward No.7, Panchayat Mahuwan .
3. Learned counsel for the State has raised a preliminary objection and submits that the order passed by the District Programm Officer, Aurangabad dated 21.05.2018 contained in memo no. 795 is appealable under the guidelines regarding the appointment of Aanganbari Sevika and Sahayika.

Upon hearing the parties, it transpires to this Court that the matter is pending for fresh advertisement and fresh appointment and till date, no fresh advertisement and appointment process has been started. Thus, it is directed to complete the fresh advertisement process within 90 days from the date of order and the candidature of the petitioner may be taken into consideration, in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
