JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2019 Perused the report of the learned Registrar General dated 12.02.2019 wherein the concerned Record Supplier, as stated in the said report, has been found responsible for committing the mistake for which the said Record Supplier has tendered unconditional apology.

In such view of the matter, the learned Registrar General is directed to issue written warning to the said Record Supplier to be careful in future and in case of any dereliction in her duties, henceforth, appropriate penal and disciplinary action shall be taken.

No further order need be passed in the present case. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Registrar General along with the enquiry report dated 12.02.2019 for needful compliance.
