The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhour) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the specific allegation made by the victim, a minor girl aged about 16 years, in her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that the petitioner, after having abducted repeatedly raped her, I am not inclined to grant him bail.
