The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.552 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation of snatching a mobile phone of the informant, which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner as also having at least half a dozen case against him, the prayer for bail is rejected for the present. In case the trial of the petitioner is not completed within nine months from the date of framing of charge, he will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
