Petitioners seek bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 294 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners are husband and devar of the deceased. Petitioner nos. 1 and 3 reside separate from the husband of the deceased and they had no concern with the affairs between deceased and her husband. Petitioner no. 2, who is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85106 of 2019(5) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 husband, at the relevant time was in Mumbai for earning his livelihood. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-4. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 06.11.2019. Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 284 of 2017.
