Patna High Court CWJC No.1301 of 2020(5) dt.12-08-2024 3/3 petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their grievance, Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. The petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3 (the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna) along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the respondent no. 3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 3 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
