====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 594, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant's son Suddu Kumar and his nephew Guddu Kumar who were playing at the construction site of the house of the petitioner. Petitioner along with all accused persons came to the deceased with various arms and they assaulted the deceased as a result of which he died. As the petitioner named in the FIR and there is specific allegation of assault against him, his prayer for bail is rejected.
