2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed this instant writ application for following reliefs :- (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the respondent authorities to remove the electric poll from the land of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 639, Khesra No. 1312 & 1313, situated at Mauza - Sabalpur, Thana - Morkahi, Circle Office and District - Khagaria.

(ii) For any other relief/ reliefs if the petitioner found entitle in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner clearly submitted that the petitioner is ready to make the payment of Rs. 100,191.12 (estimated amount) as per Annexure-P/4 to the writ application.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. submitted that the Corporation is ready to remove the electric pole if the petitioner makes the payment of Rs. 100,191.12 (estimated amount).

6. Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court directs that the petitioner shall make the payment of Rs. 100,191.12 (estimated amount) within one month. If the said payment is made within the stipulated period, respondent no. 5 shall take the necessary steps for the removal of the electric pole within one month thereafter.
