Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(d) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016/Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Submission is that only Mahua flower was allegedly recovered and the said flower is used for feeding the cattle. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mofassil Police
