The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 239 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 448 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having gone to the house of the informant and there she was sitting along with the daughter of the informant, however, in between when the informant and his daughter had gone outside the house, the petitioner is stated to have fled away with a sum of Rs. 10,000/- and some other articles.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a young girl and she has been falsely

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arrah at Bhojpur in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 239 of 2019 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
