2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently order dated 31.05.2018 passed by District Programme Officer, Gaya, contained in Memo No. 1000, has been challenged by way of this writ petition instead of challenging before the Appellate Authority under the relevant Margdarshika.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14792 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

4. The appropriate authority is directed to condone the delay, if any, in filing the Appeal.
