The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No.816/19 registered for offences punishable under Sections 153(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Recovery of one pistol and five cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the pistol is a licencee but his licence has expired during that period and now he has renewed the same that he has filed along with the Supplementary Affidavit. He is in custody since 11.12.2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No.816 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
