This Civil Misc. application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 04.09.2017 passed by learned Sub-ordinate Judge-IV, Siwan in Title Suit No. 474 of 2007 whereby he has rejected the petitioner's petition dated 27.11.20-14 filed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC.
