The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

33 cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner which was in unauthorized possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2019. The petitioner has got a long list of criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83691 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.175 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
