The petitioners seek bail in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 165 liters of country made liquor from a Bolero vehicle, bearing registration no. JH026-428, which was being driven by petitioner no. 1, Satish Kumar, on which petitioner no. 2, Balmiki Kumar, was sitting. Submission is that both the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 21.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
