2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to take immediate action for payment of compensation amount of lands of the Petitioner with interest which the respondents (government) already acquired between the Year 1965-1970 for the purpose of "Belharna Muhani Link Canal"

for which the lands of the petitioner measuring about 2.35 Acre of Mauza Jhikulia, Thana no 13, Anchal Belhar, District- Banka bearing Khata No 390, Khesra No 2187 (1.10 Acre) and 1555 (1.25 Acre) and 3.56 Acre of Mauza Devandih,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16532 of 2018(3) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 Thana No 14, Anchal Belhar, District- Banka bearing Khata No 8, Khesra No 249, respectively;

(ii) for holding and declaration that Petitioner is entitled to get compensation amounts for her lands already acquired by the Government of Bihar;

(iii) and/or pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice as well as public interest also.

3. On 22.08.2025 also, there was no appearance and as such, the Co-ordinate Bench recorded that last indulgence is being granted in the matter.

4. Considering that twice the petitioner has chosen not to appear in the case, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U
