This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No.171 of 2024 registered for the offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the bail applications of the petitioner were rejected by this Court vide orders dated 23.10.2024 and 25.07.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos.75099 of 2024 and 42594 of 2025.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the father of the informant and due to which he died. The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2024.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the trial all witnesses have been examined. 6.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that the trial is at the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to review my earlier order. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
