2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 132, 336(3), 337, 339, 340(2), 318(4), 319(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that he along with co-accused Madan Chaudhary fraudulently tried to obtain Aadhar on the basis of forged documents and by giving wrong information. It is further alleged that when informant inquired the matter, on 31.07.2025, all the accused persons including petitioner arrived at the office of informant, abused her and also threatened.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer
