Claiming to be an Ayush doctor, the petitioner submits that he went on leave on account of sudden illness of his mother where after he has not been permitted to rejoin. Submission is that the Deputy Secretary -cumIncharge Human Resource, State Health Society, Bihar, vide letter dated 08.02.2019, has written to the Civil Surgeon -cumMember Secretary of the District Health Society, Banka (Respondent No 4) forwarding the petitioner's application for

Patna High Court CWJC No.849 of 2020(3) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 necessary action. No decision has been taken by the Civil Surgeon -cum- Member Secretary of the District Health Society (Respondent No 4).

In view of the limited grievance, this writ petition need not be kept pending as no adjudication is called for, in view of the fact that a final decision has to be taken by Respondent No 4.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the submissions, advanced by the petitioner's counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No 4 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law based on the records, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
