JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 03.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55648 of 2019 by which anticipatory bail of the petitioners were allowed with a direction to surrender within a period of six weeks. Now this application has been filed on the ground that due to illness the petitioner could not appear on the date fixed by this Court, therefore, he has filed this application on 10.12.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P.

In view of the submissions as made above, further two weeks' time from the date of receipt of the order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the court below. The rest of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85098 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 order shall remain intact. It is made clear that no further indulgence will be given to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
