2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 590 of 2025 instituted under Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(1)(a), 25(1)(b), 26, 35 of Arms Act lodged on 05.08.2025 by the informant, Mukesh Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on information, his house was raided, one person tried to escape. He was Gautam Kumar, having taken him under custody, he gave the name of other accused who escaped, the petitioner included. Further, upon search, number of materials relating to manufacturing of arms were recovered/seized. This led to the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

5. Learned APP on the other hand has taken this Court to paras-3 and 4 to show that earlier he has been accused in two cases and in fact, a gun factory has been discovered as would reflect from the seizure list.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in one of the criminal case relating to under section 307 of the IPC, he has been acquitted.

7. Taking into account the submissions of the parties as also the serious allegation that has come against the petitioner, the alleged factory has been discovered in the township of Patna is the matter of concern, in that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail.
