The Patliputra University has filed its counter affidavit and in para 8 following stand has been taken, which is quoted herein below:

8. That it is humbly submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation for compassionate appointment before the Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya, who had not sent the application form of the petitioner to the Patliputra University. However, the petitioner may apply afresh before the Compassionate Appointment Committee, Patliputra University."

Patna High Court CWJC No.19725 of 2018(3) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 Considering the stand taken by the respondent Patliputra University in para 8 of the counter affidavit, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Patliputra University in terms of statements made in para 8 of the counter affidavit.

In case, the petitioner files application for compassionate appointment, the Patliputra University shall examine the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
