The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,308 and 504/34 of the IPC.

It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant, his wife and son in the background of land dispute causing bleeding injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and she is agnate of the informant. It is further submitted that the accusation has been levelled in the background of partition dispute. There is no injury report on record. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the accusation is omnibus and general and the impugned order suggests that there is no injury report on record, coupled with the statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge VIIIcumACJM, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 387 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
