The petitioners seek bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that from perusal of FIR, it appears that the the present case has been lodged against 14 named accused persons and the present petitioners are not named in the FIR and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87102 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 petitioners are woman. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 09.10.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019.
