For issuance of an appropriate writ or writs specially in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents, specially Respondent no 4 to immediately

Patna High Court CWJC No.22445 of 2018(5) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 remove the illegal encroachment made by the Respondent no 5 to 12 over the government land, situated at Mauza Simrahua, Thana no 310, Anchal- Goh, DistrictAurangabad, appertaining to Khata no 54, Khesra No.341, Khata No 54, Khesra No.275 and Khata No.53, Khesra No.281, leading to great difficulty in day to day movement of the villagers for their livelihood. The petitioners and others have already filed application before the Anchal Adhikari, Goh, S.D.O, Daudnagar, and D.M, Aurangabad, but till date no action has been taken."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Aurangabad for redressal of their aforesaid grievances and in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law, forthwith.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
