Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 466, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
