The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria (Mahila) P.S. Case No.91 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torturing the informant by her husband (petitioner) and other in-laws for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and also removing her along with her children from the matrimonial house by snatching her personal belongings.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the informant, who is the wife of the petitioner, has falsely lodged the present case. The petitioner is in custody

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria (Mahila) P.S.
