2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 571 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 409 of the Indian Penal code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of defalcated Rs. 11,00,000/-.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further relies upon paragraph 12 and page 33 of the bail petition and has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has completed the said work for which the amount was disbursed to him.

6. In view of the above, this application is disposed

No.2646 of 2026(4) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 of with a direction to the Court below to consider the bail application of the petitioner afresh after examining the records and documents and taking into account the statement of the informant i.e. the Panchayat Secretary within 15 days from the communication of a copy of this order.
