The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dariyapur Police Station Case No.268 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he snatched away the chain of the informant and fled away on a motorcycle. After hearing the parties and considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail. Hence, his prayer is refused. Petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail within two weeks.
