The present petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to grant subsidy under the Industrial Policy, 2011.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 04.12.2019 before the respondent no. 1, however the same has not been disposed off, till date.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.612 of 2020 dt.18-02-2020 2/2 case, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for grant of subsidy as per the Industrial Policy, 2011 before the Director of Industries, Patna and in case, such an application is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off within a period of three months thereafter. 4.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
