The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the election has already taken place, the writ petition has

The learned senior counsel, for the intervenor i.e. Shri Satendra Singh, submits that it is true that the present writ petition has become infructuous.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to raise election dispute in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
