====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P. S. Case No. 371 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Lastly, the prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43842 of 2025.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, the deceased died in a train accident and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that till date, trial has not been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the stage of the trial and period of custody of the petitioner, the prayer for grant regular bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 371 of 2023.
