Mr. Rajesh Prasad Choudhary, learned counsel for the respondent- Multi State Co-operative Land Development Bank Ltd. submits that modalities for the payment of retiral benefits have been fixed by this Court in the case of Kamla Prasad Sharma vs. State of Bihar & Ors. in C.W.J.C. No. 14799 of 2012 and other analogous cases. Accordingly, his submission is that the petitioner would be paid the retiral dues according to the modalities so fixed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the retiral benefits are paid as per

Having regard to the submission made by the parties, the respondent-Bank is directed to pay the retiral benefits to the petitioner as per the modalities fixed by them within a period of four months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
