JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-09-2025 The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant against acquittal of the accused persons of the charge under Section 307 I.P.C. and other allied Sections of Indian Penal Code.

2. Office has raised objection to the extent that this appeal should be heard by a Division Bench of this Court as per Patna High Court Rules.

3. In my considered view, office has rightly raised the objection and hence, this appeal required to be converted into Criminal Appeal (DB).

Accordingly, the appellant is given liberty to take necessary steps to get this appeal converted into Criminal Appeal (DB) within a period of two weeks and upon steps being taken by the appellant, office is directed to register this appeal as Criminal Appeal (DB) and list it before Division Bench with approval of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
