The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 467, 568, 471, 477A,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4261 of 2020(3) dt.14-07-2020 2/2 192, 201/120Bof the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38039 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 38098 of 2016. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Vigilance 1st, Patna in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Jagdish/- U T
