2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maheshkhut P.S. Case No. 15 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed loot of a scorpio vehicle.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the selfinculpatory statement of co-accused Chandan Kumar and Shlok Kumar from whom the looted Scorpio vehicle has been recovered.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2025 and he has 13 criminal antecedents also.

6. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined
