1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.04.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.7235 of 2019, a reasoned order dated 05.02.2020, has already been passed, by the Secretary/Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 05.02.2020, if so advised, by availing such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
