2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of a writ or an appropriate writ for quashing the order dated 11.09.2018, passed by Member Administrative, The Bihar Land Tribunal Patna in B.L.T. Case No.610 of 2016 "Amod Kumar Sahu @ Amod Sahu Vrs. The State of Bihar and others" as contained in Annexure8, by which the B.L.T. Case filed by the Petitioner against the order dated 20.06.2013 passed by the Commissioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.22640 of 2018(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur passed in Bhagalpur Misc.

(Land Dispute Rewsolution) Appeal Case No.118/20122013 has been dismissed and also for quashing the order dated 20.06.2013 passed by the Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur, passed in Bhagalpur Misc. (Land Dispute resolution) Appeal Case No.188/2012-13 as contained in Annexure-6 by which the Learned Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division has been pleased to set aside the order of the Learned Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Naugachia (D.C.L.R) and also for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the Petitioner is entitled for.

3. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
