2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 409 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 310(4) and 310(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and sections 25(1B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is a 20 year old boy, having fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 12.09.2025 and one co-accused Nikhil Kumar, who is alleged to have been apprehended at the spot with one cartridge, has been granted bail by the trial court itself and as per the prosecution story, nothing incriminating except the petitioner's motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and against

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above submissions, averments made in this application, the nature of allegation appearing against the petitioner from the FIR and the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent coupled with completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 409 of 2025.
